This process can take between 7 to 15 business days, depending on the design’s complexity and current atelier volume.

After production, your order is carefully packaged and shipped with love from Colombia.

We do not accept returns for used or worn items. Each product must be in perfect, unworn condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.
If you need to return or exchange an item, you can do so within 15 days of receiving your order. After this period, we cannot process returns or refunds.
